HESc Signs Cigna, Humana Healthcare, Marriott and Abbott Labs

More Than 25 New Clients Come Aboard

SARASOTA, Fla., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcomp Evaluation Services Corporation has signed more than 25 new national and regional sales agreements in the last five months -- a healthy addition to their already-impressive list of more than 500 industrial and commercial clients. Healthcomp Evaluation Services' (HESc) new clients include corporate giants such as Abbott Laboratories, American Medical Association (AMA), Culligan Corp., Federal Mogal, Raytheon Corp., Worthington Corp., Georgia Power, Cooper Industries, Marriott Corporation, Cigna and Humana Healthcare Systems. The American Medical Association (AMA) and Abbott Laboratories both selected HESc to perform mammography exams for a total of over 800 employees.

HESc is not only continuing to expand their client base, they are also expanding further into retail medical screening programs, a market potentially larger than the $450 million medical surveillance market. The company is developing a retail "Wellness for Women" program that it will offer nationally. Leading this program will be Dr. Ian Jasenof, M.D., who was recently appointed Vice President and General Manager of HESc's Midwest division. He successfully negotiated an agreement with Jewel Osco, a large retail drug store chain, to perform in-store Osteoporosis Evaluation screening. The screening is a beta program for HESc's retail "Wellness for Women" program and was a huge success with more than 1,500 customers tested within a six-week period. Dr. Jasenof is a board-certified OB/GYN and will serve as the Midwest Medical Director in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining the HESc team, Dr. Jasenof was employed as an assistant professor at the University of Illinois Medical Center.
