Exemplar International and Roche Diagnostics Announce Substance Abuse Screening Program, TesTrak

SARASOTA, FL (August 15, 2001) - Exemplar International, Inc., formerly Healthcomp Evaluation Services Corporation (Pink Sheets: HCEV), a subsidiary of the Diligenti Group, a national provider of healthcare data management and occupational health services, and Roche Diagnostics Corporation, the leading U.S. diagnostics company, a U.S. affiliate of Roche Diagnostics, which is a Division of F. Hoffmann La Roche (OTCBB: RHHBY), announced today that they are forming an exclusive partnership to market and distribute TesTrak, a sophisticated substance abuse prevention and screening program.

This distinctive program combines Roche Diagnostics' nationally recognized rapid drug and alcohol testing devices with Exemplar's broad-based administrative services to create TesTrak, the most comprehensive integrated substance abuse solution available today. TesTrak services include laboratory certifications of positive drug screens, extensive reporting options, including access to test results via the Internet, and management and statistical reports. The integrated TesTrak program will be marketed and sold throughout the United States by Roche's sales team with service availability scheduled for August 2001.
