Exemplar International, Inc. ("Exemplar") announces the acquisition of Health Examinetics ("HEI"), the leading national provider of mobile and on-site multiphasic healthcare services, from Continuum HealthCare, Inc.

Business Wire - Kansas City, Missouri, Monday, May 5, 2003 - Exemplar International, Inc. (OTC: EXRI), a national provider of occupational health screening and compliance services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of HEI from Continuum HealthCare, Inc.

Simon Barker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Exemplar, said, "This acquisition makes Exemplar the largest provider of mobile and on-site occupational healthcare services in the nation. The combined skills, experience, capacity and information systems of the two companies allow us to offer our customers a level and quality of service unparalleled within this significant and growing market".

Exemplar also announced the sale of its clinic network management and non-correctional industry substance abuse businesses to a new company, ClinNet Solutions, LLC ("ClinNet"), formed by Exemplar's former President and Chairman, Martin Clegg, which has offices in Sarasota, FL and Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Barker commented, "With the sale of these non-core businesses to ClinNet, we are now able to focus our activities and resources on the rapidly growing market for mobile and on-site medical services.
