MedAbiliti Establishes Charitable Foundation

New York, NY, May 15, 2003

MedAbiliti (Bloomberg: 202163Z EQUITY) today announced it has established a charitable foundation, the MedAbiliti Charitable Foundation. This foundation will serve as the focal point of all corporate giving within MedAbiliti. The foundation's web site can be viewed at wwww.medabilitifoundation.org.

"MedAbiliti has always been focused on service," said MedAbiliti's Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer Edward Meinert. He is also the chairman of the board of the foundation. "This foundation is a concrete example of our commitment to this idea of service, whether it be in the form of monetary or material donations, or volunteer time. We are very proud to have established this foundation and we look forward to using it to serve our community."

The MedAbiliti Charitable Foundation seeks to help non-profit organizations and causes that are devoted to education, technology, and science.
