The Health Resources and Services Administration, in consultation with the Office for Civil Rights, along with HHS and plain language specialists have developed a site [ http://www.hrsa.gov/language.htm ] that explains plain language principles and provides a thesaurus for making HIPAA Privacy Notices more readable.
