Nicolas Richards, President and Chief Executive Officer
A veteran of 20 years of Fortune 500 and Big 5 management and process engineering,
Richards' history with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Standard & Poors/McGraw-Hill,
and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. serve as the foundation of his successful management
of MedAbiliti's global operations in Software Engineering, Management Consulting
and Research & Development.

Edward Meinert, V.P. and Chief Software Engineer
Meinert is a specialist in medical informatics and application computer theory.
With a vast background in network and software engineering, he is a widely referenced
computer scientist and speaker on next generation technologies, healthcare policy
issues, pragmatic project management techniques, and corporate responsibility. He
brings experience as chief technologist and lead engineer, along with specialized
expertise in finance and the global markets. Mr. Meinert serves as Chairman of the
MedAbiliti Charitable Foundation and reads for a Masters of Science in Software
Engineering at the University of Oxford.

Michael Stuhlmiller, V.P. and Chief Technical Officer
Stuhlmiller leverages over 10 years of Information Analysis, Process Improvement,
and management experience. He is an expert in Web technology innovation, computer
science methodologies, and IT project management. Stuhlmiller was involved in the
planning and development of the architecture running theglobe.com, as well as the
design and programming of their applications, followed by several years designing
systems and developing applications in the health care industry. He holds a BS in
Computer Science from Cornell University.
Jerrell Schivers, V.P. and Chief Software Architect
With over 10 years of software architecture development experience, Schivers is
an expert software engineer. He leverages his experience in web application development
and electronic data delivery within the health care industry to create innovative
data solutions for client networks. Schivers was also one of the first software
developers for theglobe.com. He created their Java-based chat system and was one
of the lead architects on their email list service. He holds a BA in Astronomy from
Cornell University.

Trés Watson, Director, Business Consulting Group
As the Director of MedAbiliti's Business Consulting Group, a global network of consultants
and associates, Watson is responsible for the day-to-day management of software
consultation, security/privacy analysis, HIPAA training and other consulting services.
Before assuming a lead role within the Business Consulting Group, Watson developed
data warehousing and web application solutions for The Home Depot and specialized
in process engineering and systems analysis as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He leverages a wide range of experiences within MedAbiliti to help revolutionize
the ways information is managed within the health care industry. He received a degree
in Commerce, with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Marketing,
from the University of Virginia.

Sarah Currie, Associate Director, Marketing
Currie's experience in Marketing and Sales at highly recognizable companies, including
Giorgio Armani Corporate, Marsh Mcllenan and Early Bird Capital, a division of GKN
Securities, has established her as MedAbiliti's primary marketing and communications
facilitor for its global reach of engineering, consulting and research services.
With expertise in commercial sales, event planning, direct marketing, market research
and corporate networking, Currie's innovative marketing skills increase the firm's
visibility in health care and beyond. Currie holds a BS in Business Administration
from Boston University's School of Management.
