Exemplar utilizes its proprietary database system, Veracity®, for data processing, reporting, and data management.  Computer assisted/rules-based processing, scoring, and prompt reporting make medical testing administration accurate and convenient.

  • No software to buy or maintain.

  • Data scoring and quality assurance adhere to strict medical and technical protocols, within regulatory statutes and your company's protocols.  Best Practice Standards, decision-trees and pass-defer-fail criteria are pre-authorized.  The system is subject to Exemplar's professional management and review.

  • The system can "cascade" testing components, meaning the initial step of qualification process can be performed and put through the quality check process to ascertain qualification status.  If qualified the employee can then go on to the next part of the testing process.  This stepped system helps to deter unnecessary and costly additional testing.

  • Exemplar can create custom programs for physical exam components, failure/deferment criteria, and forms.

  • All reporting adheres to strict protocols for safeguarding confidentiality.  Multi-levels of security were built into the system.

  • Typically, the results are ready to report with 24 - 96 hours (many within two hours) dependent upon lab testing and medical interpretations and/or readings.  Reports can be sent to up to four different locations via auto-fax.  Additional reporting methods include email, Internet/web, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems (for some services).  You choose the report format and where you wish to receive it.

  • Archive existing physical exam/testing records, standardize them, and eliminate any errors to bring all of your employees up to full qualifying status quickly.

  • Capability of integrating multi-test data, cross-referencing data and generating tickler files and aging reports.  Trend reports, site reports, and factor analysis are also available for your employee population, as well as for provider statistics.  This data is extremely helpful for budgeting purposes, auditing situations, and program analysis.

The Veracity® Enterprise Data Management System can be utilized for on-site testing, as well as with clinic provider networks.  The ability to standardize data/testing protocols across a variety of providers and/or examiners assures your company of consistency and compliance.  Veracity® has proven invaluable in clinic follow-up testing situations and allows for this additional exam data to be integrated into the employee record, streamlining the ability to determine a final outcome, while completing the employee-testing encounter.
