Exemplar and Health Examinetics rebrand under one name - Examinetics

Kansas City, MO (May 4, 2004) - Exemplar International, Inc. (“Exemplar”) today announces that it has consolidated its mobile and onsite occupational screening services into a new subsidiary, called Examinetics, Inc. (“Examinetics”).

In April 2003, Exemplar became the largest provider of mobile occupational health screening in the United States when it acquired Health Examinetics (“HEI”). Since this time service has been provided under these two brands. In addition, Exemplar has continued to provide advanced substance abuse services under the brand name “Veracity”.

With the integration of the two customer service operations now complete, Exemplar has today finalized the process of consolidation with the creation of the Examinetics subsidiary.

Examinetics is based in Kansas City, MO, with a division office in San Diego, CA.
