Founder and Managing Director
With a background in network and software engineering, Mr. Meinert is an experienced IT advocate and innovator on next generation technologies, healthcare policy issues, pragmatic project management techniques, the use of technology in education and corporate responsibility. He brings experience as Principal Management Consultant and coordinator of the firm's business operations. Mr. Meinert reads for a Master's of Science in Software Engineering at the University of Oxford.

Jerrell Schivers
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
With over 10 years of software architecture development experience, Mr. Schivers is an expert software engineer. He leverages his experience in web application development and electronic data delivery within several verticals to create innovative data solutions for client networks. Mr. Schivers was a principal architect and developer for several internet-startups, including thegloble.com. He holds a BA in Astronomy from Cornell University.
